Child, Adolescent, Adult, Couple, & Family Therapy
Dr. Ding has over 24 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Renowned for her work in Multigenerational Family Therapy, she explores how patterns within the family impact each member’s wellbeing and works collaboratively to foster healthier, more supportive dynamics. She addresses intergenerational patterns, conflicts, and traumas, helping families heal and strengthen relationships.

Her therapeutic approaches also include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand and Expressive Arts Therapy, and Neuro-dramatic Play Therapy. As an educational psychologist, she partners with parents, teachers, and schools to address emotional and behavioural disorders, learning difficulties, school refusal, and academic underachievement. Since 2009, she has pioneered the Ding Dyslexia Program, helping children overcome learning barriers.
